At Trio, we’re reinventing the concept of dining by offering you an inventive selection of tasting-sized plates featuring cuisine from around the world – each paired with world-class wines. Every dish is the perfect size for sampling and sharing whether you’re having lunch, dinner, or cocktails. All in an atmosphere designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Open from 6:00am – 10:00pm daily. Breakfast is free for up to two children (16 years and under) staying with their parents at the hotel.
