Dear Valued Guests,

In the effort to make your stay safe and enjoyable, Novotel Ottawa is adhering to the following directions set by the Ottawa Public Health and Public Health Ontario.

As of January 5, 2022 the following measures will be in place for at least 21 days (until January 27):

Recreational Centre

• Pool & Fitness Centre are closed

Restaurant & Bar

• Restaurant and Bar are closed for indoor dining
• Room Service will be available for breakfast service from 6am – 10am, 7 days per week.
• Room Service will be available for dinner service from 6pm – 9:30pm, 7 days per week
